William and Aida will be checking with the
CDC and Health Department and The
Microsoft Store advisories to notify you
if our event is affected by the Corona Virus
situation. As of now we are still
planning to have our event on Tuesday and
Wednesday.

Welcome to the STEAM page for Spring Break 2020
Aida and I are happy to provide a Spring Break event
for the students of Venetia Elementary School here
in Jacksonville.

We are excited to work with The Microsoft Store in
Jacksonville, Florida to have 3 days of fun with STEAM.
Science – Technology – Engineering – Arts – Math

We are working with The Microsoft Store to provide
more free workshops in the Jacksonville community
in the coming months.
We appreciate the SWAG provided by companies that
have provided SWAG to encourage digital learning,
creative design and digital innovation.
Companies like those below are also sponsors of
WordCamp conferences that are local, national
and international.
They provide awesome hosting opportunities.

Technology Jobs

Technology Jobs

2020 there are more jobs requiring technology skills than
ever before, there are not enough adults to service the need
for technology positions in Jacksonville and other cities so
youth, teens and young adults have access to careers, but
they must be qualifies.

Aida and I hope to excite, inspire, encourage and mentor kids
to see the vision of technology careers, not just to play video
games, but to be content creators like bloggers, micro-bloggers,
video bloggers and podcasters.
The use of The Arts to bring knowledge, new skills and fun to
learning.

The children of today can be the digital innovators, artistic
creators, content creators and influencers of tomorrow, but
must learn the language, skills and abilities to perform and grow.

Using The Arts, applying writing (blogging), speaking,
web development and projects Aida and I have a
program that we use when speaking in Calgary,
Costa Rica, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami and other places
we have taught. Technology is global and that means our
children need to be prepared to go global in their travels.
