The AAMHI team is planning to make the Holiday season as
FESTIVE as we can! Starting with our Symposium in November,
we’ll celebrate THANKSGIVING at the end of the meeting with
the traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Please share this event on all social media, family, friends,
co-workers, etc.  Bring a guest with you.

“COMBATING HOLIDAY GRIEF AND ITS TRIGGERS!!!
We will have speakers that will discuss Nutrition/Diet,
Physical Exercise, Overcoming Loneliness, Meditation,
Spirituality, etc., and many other topics that will
give ways to “combat” anxiety and depression during
these 3 crucial Holidays!
